Svetlana Adamek brings over 25 years of experience in the ESCO sector, working across its full spectrum — as an ESCO practitioner, advisor to international financial institutions, and government consultant. She has supported governments in designing and
establishing Super ESCOs and developing sustainable ESCO markets, advancing the use of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and blended finance mechanisms.
A member of the Advisory Board of the Global ESCO Network, Svetlana has contributed to ESCO and Super ESCO market development in Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Moldova, Poland, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. Her expertise covers feasibility studies, strategic frameworks, capacity building, and operational support for establishing and scaling Super ESCO programs.
